Cancellation Policy

CleanSpa has a 24 hour Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Spa Services and a 48 hour Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Medical Pedicure Services.  If an appointment is missed, canceled, or changed with less than required notice, it is at CleanSpa’s discretion to charge a fee based on 100% of the service scheduled.

Late arrivals

Due to the nature of our spa services, we ask guests to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their scheduled time. You may make your polish selections and relax prior to the service(s). If guests arrive late (10 minutes or greater), the service(s) may be altered, shortened, or rescheduled based on reservation.

Reflexology sessions will still be charged for the reserved time.
