Dr. Michael Horwitz is a board certified foot surgeon highly regarded in the midwest, with many thousands of patient encounters. As a cosmetic foot surgeon for over 30 years, he realized that many of his aesthetically pleasing, post-operative pictures were imperfect because of diseased nails.
